All of the cocktails I create are usually based on the people and happy moments that this bar has given me. Sometimes I name them, sometimes I let them name themselves just by serving them. The hot toddy cocktail that you enjoyed so much, I named after our interaction that night.
Ten Minutes Of Bliss:
1.5 oz Cointreau
1.0 dry vermouth
Spices
.25 lemon
.25 honey
1.0 oz hot water

Did you catch the name of the drink? It’s named after meeting a bartender and having a ten minute “date” with him. ”Date” consisted of leaving the bar, taking his dog for a walk and returning to the bar all in 10 minutes! It was one of those unforgettable ”dates.”
