Whatever you say,

does it really matter?

“Yeah and” or “Yeah but”

“Yeah and” people are people who have an idea or are presented with one, acknowledge its potential and begin working to make it happen.

“Yeah but” people are traditionally referred to as naysayers. They’ll be the ones who will put a block up and say “but what about this…” or “what about that”.

I think I am a “yeah but” person at times.  Not all the time but there are certain times I feel the need to say, “Yeah but…”  It might be a defense mechanism to avoid taking risks or getting hurt or hurting someone else. Sometimes it is just downright necessary and relevant.

Are you a “yeah and” or a “yeah but” person?
